Laser test is to achieve fast, accurate measurement of various unknown measured parameters by usingmonochromaticity, collimation and high intensity of laser. Because of the laser wavelength is traceable reference length, the laser measurement method have such outstandingadvantages as high precision, good dynamic characteristics, non contact, wide applicability.

 

CompletedProjects:

Precision straightness standard device (1994):

This project is one of "Eight Five" key issuesof Aerospace Industry Corporation. It was using high accuracy dual-frequency laser interferometer and a straightedge reversing principle to measure the straightness to get the main technical indexes of 0.1 μm/1m which is above the national and belongs to advancedworld level standard at the beginning of the1990s. This project was completed in 1994 and first used for the defense of calibration laboratory. Project participants: Zhang Shanzhong, PuZhaobang, Zhao Hui.

Inertial components of ultra precision measurement method and apparatus (1998):

This project is one of"NineFive" research projects of Aerospace Industry Corporation.It was using micro displacement control technology, micro aiming technique and submicron test technology to achieve the measuring aperture with 0.1 micron precision which isadvancedworld level in the 1990s.The project was completed in 1998 and applied to230 factory measurement centerof Aerospace Industry Corporationnow. Project participants:PuZhaobang, Zhao Hui.

Seeker lock accuracy tester (2002):

The project is a science and technologyresearch project of group704 of China state shipbuilding corporation which is used for seeker lock accuracy test. It was completedin Sept. 2002 and delivered to Shanghai Aerospace 803. Project participants : Zhao Hui, Lin ming.

Study on laser dynamic angle measuring method (2003):

The project is a project of the National Natural Science Fund which is based on principle of laser interference to achieve thedynamicmeasurement of dynamic angle of 360°.Its angle measurement precision reaches 1'. Project participants: Zhang Zhuo, UraAkikuni, Tao wei.

Laser triangular displacement sensor (2005):

This project is a technology development project which iscommissioned for the enterprise.Itaccurately calculated the measured displacement value andaccessed spot imaging positionby using the high performance linear array CCD. Project participants: Zhao Hui, Tao Wei, Jin Yan, Liu Libo.

Digital laser displacement sensor (2009):

This project is a technological development project which is commissioned for the enterprise. Itachievedhigh integration and high performance of sensors by using DSP+FPGA pattern. Project participants: Tao Wei, Zhang Haibo, Zhou Ying, NieChenchen.

Hot rolled steel sheet convexity measurement system (2009):

This project is a technological development project which is commissioned for Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.It achieved on-line measurement ofthe sheet width direction of high-precision thickness and convex degree by using a laser displacement sensor. This sensor has a lot of advantages, such as,high accuracy, good repeatability andstrong anti-jamming capability. Moreover, it can alsomeasure different materials and different surface properties of the steel.Project participants: Tao Wei, Zhang Haibo.

 

The fairing deformation dynamic detection system (Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology , group 805 ):

This project is a research project of Shanghai Aerospace Science and technology.The purpose of this project is to directly obtain fairing cover body deformation by using laser displacement sensor to. Project Executive: Tao Wei, Yin Yezi.

 

Researching projects:

Study on the integration of laser displacement sensor:

This task group integrates all of the features of the sensors (including signal acquisition, processing, calculation, communication)into the measuring head and form a common USB output interface of the integrated laser displacement sensor by using DSP+FPGA mode. Finally, the output results can be normalized, generic and interchangeable. Project Executive: Tao Wei, Zhang Haibo, NieChenchen, Yin Yezi.
