上海智能诊疗仪器工程技术研究中心（ Shanghai Engineering Research Center for Intelligent diagnosis and treatment instrument，简称仪器工程中心）依托上海交通大学，并与上海医疗器械研究所有限公司和上海赛安生物医药科技有限公司合作筹建，2015年7月通过上海市科学技术委员会批准成立。仪器工程中心充分整合学校基础研究的资源，大力引进产业化关键技术人才，构成从实验室研发到临床研究、安全评估、中试放大和产业化工程规模化的开发链，围绕胃肠道疾病诊疗关键技术问题，加快胃肠道疾病诊疗仪器的智能化研发与产业化，加快智能层析芯片技术与循环血胃肠道癌细胞捕获与定量的微流控芯片的研发与产业化，提升我市智能医疗设备的创新能力和竞争力，推动上海市高端医疗器械产业的持续、快速、健康发展。 
      为了进一步提升仪器工程中心的研发实力和国际影响力，近期将举办第一届上海智能诊疗仪器工程技术研究中心国际研讨会。现已邀请到美国、丹麦、挪威、西班牙等多个相关领域国际知名学者做特邀报告，欢迎大家前来参会讨论！
